What exactly is Home Point?

Home Point is a choice-based lettings agency, set up in partnership between Herefordshire Council and the largest housing associations in Herefordshire.

Choice Based lettings (CBL) is a simpler way of allocating housing association properties by advertising them weekly and enabling you to choose for yourself the properties you would like to apply for.

Home Point was founded in 2002 by merging the majority of the County's housing waiting lists into one, to form Herefordshire's Common Housing Register (Housing Waiting List)
